Are Your Hair Healthy?
Here are some ways to assess the condition of your hair:
Take firmly between your fingers a lock of hair. Pull. If they resist, it’s a good sign. If more than 5 let go, there is a problem.
Then move your hands several times over your hair, from front to rear. You will remove the dead hair. You should not have more than 4 or 5.
Squeeze your scalp with your fingers in two different places (above the ears and above the head): the skin must be relatively mobile and flexible, firm and not especially painful.
If the bulb (thick end) is coated with a white substance at its end then it is a sign that your hair is alive with its papilla. In this case, your hair is healthy and strong.
My Hair Loss Story
I started losing my hair into adolescence at the age of 17-18 years. At the time I thought it was temporary, that it would not last, it was due to the stress of adolescence.
But time passed and my hair loss does not always stopped.
So I went to several doctors, dermatologists, gynecologists and general practitioners, but unfortunately none of them took me seriously, they told me it was stress or it was seasonal, it would pass, others even took me for a pathological liar.
My family told me it was going to pass that he should not worry, I took myself too head for it. Nobody wanted to understand me, I was so disappointed with the attitude of doctors and my family that I did nothing for 3-4 years.
Time passed, my hair, refined, fell and I started to have some kind of hole that was getting bigger and wider. I could not go to see it, our society is so focused on physical appearance than any difference tends to attract attention.
I decided to go see another doctor, because I ‘d changed my general physician, so I told him my problem and for the first time a doctor would listen and understand me and then I felt really well.
He said it was unfortunate that other physicians did not pull me taken seriously, because there really to treatments that work and the need to start treatment immediately and see what his deal.
Today I regret not having been to see the doctor earlier, it is a grave mistake to wait for his pass alone, this error can cost you time by flesh. If I give you some advice, go see several doctors until you find one that listens and understands you.
In this site I will expose all the hair loss treatments I used and others that can be used and I’ll tell you what the most effective.
